Rosanthorn At Home is committed to providing quality home care; assuring that during a visit you will be at ease and comfortable in your own home. A first visit may last up to 90 minutes, as we will review your overall history, any forms you have filled out, consents, and answer any questions you may have. Follow-up visits typically run 50-60 minutes. The frequency of visits depends on your needs. If your symptoms are severe a twice weekly treatment schedule recommendation is not unusual.

Getting Ready for a Visit
Sometimes “getting ready” can be exhausting so we take the “getting ready” out of the picture!  We “go the extra mile” not only by car but we also greet and treat our patients in whatever fashion they are able. Our patients with mobility problems do not need to transfer or move on our behalf. We work with patients in their environment and within their comfort. Your lounge chair, wheelchair or bed is a fine place to receive treatment. A meal shortly before treatment and loose clothing will give you comfort and energy for a successful session.
For treatment, we ask that you have a clean sheet available for use.

Scheduling and Appointments
Home care appointments are scheduled within a general time frame. Appointment slots are approximate, such as: early morning (approx. 9 a.m.), mid-morning (approx. 10:30 a.m.) etc.…

General time frames are given to allow for travel time, inclement weather and patient needs. Your practitioner will call when they are on their way, allowing time for you to take care of your needs and be ready. Your time slot is reserved for you, until your cycle of treatments are finished.


Our Fee Policies and Insurance Information:


Our fees are moderate due to our sense of social responsibility to this population of patients

We charge for professional time based on a “per visit” fee structure, up to and not exceeding, a 60-minute session. Our rate is $85 per visit. Sessions lasting longer than 60 minutes are prorated at $25 per quarter hour.

We do not accept insurance directly at this time, but we provide “super bills” so that you are able to submit your claims for reimbursement with ease. Depending on your plan, some health insurance companies provide a portion or full level of reimbursement. Rosanthorn At Home is an out-of-network provider and does not directly participate in any health or insurance networks. 

We accept cash or check at the time of service.
