Rosanthorn at Home provides Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) for homebound patients. Rosanthorn's goal is to break down barriers to TCM care, acupuncture, medicinal herbs, and education.

We service Southeast Wisconsin including the city of Racine and outlying areas. We visit individuals in their private homes, adult facilities and institutions.

Our  goal is to enhance the overall quality of life for all of our patients.

Jennifer Rose, L. Ac., MSOM

Jennifer Rose is a professor at Midwest College of Oriental Medicine and has been on staff since 2003. Presently she works with the academic team in curriculum development, teaches TCM theory and application, and manages a weekly clinic for interns.

Jennifer has a Master’s of Science in Traditional Chinese Medicine and a Bachelor’s of Science in TCM Nutrition. She is Certified in Advanced Training in Acupuncture at Guangzhou University, China and Ohashitasu.

Jennifer began her journey into medicine in 1976 as a nurse working in a variety of settings over the years including pediatrics, geriatrics, clinical care, wound care, rehabilitation and homecare. In the early 90’s Jennifer began studying acupressure in hopes of assisting with her daughter's health needs as she was not responsive to Western medical care. In 1993 she became certified as an Ohashiatsu practitioner and subsequently opened her first private practice.

Rosanthorn Herbs and Acupuncture At Home has evolved from an office based practice (Est 2004) into a mobile TCM practice in order to meet the needs of homebound patients. Having been involved in patient care for most of her life and shifting into the Chinese Medical paradigm due to its efficacy has made “education and access” the primary focus of Jennifer’s interests for the student, professional or patient in need.
