Rosanthorn Herbs and Acupuncture, located initially in Kenosha, evolved into a mobile TCM practice to meet homebound patients' needs. At the onset of COVID-19, Rosanthorn parked its car. Today, you can find us back in the office doing what we love the most - working with our patients as they journey through their healing process.
Jennifer Rose's involvement in medicine and patient care date back to 1976 practicing as a nurse at MaryFreeBed Rehabilitation Hospital. Her breadth and depth of experience over time includes pediatrics, geriatrics, clinical care, wound care, ventilator, and home care.
In 1993 she began her studies in Traditional Medicine. She became certified as a Shiatsu practitioner through the Ohashiatsu Institute Chicago & New York and subsequently opened her first Traditional Medical Practice.
Jennifer received a Master of Science Degree in Traditional Chinese Medicine (Summa Cum Laude) and an Advanced Certification in Acupuncture from Guangzhou University, China through externship studies.
Jennifer served on the faculty at Midwest College of Oriental Medicine Chicago/Racine for 17 years as a professor, clinical director, curriculum developer, and administrator for the Racine Community Clinic.
Jennifer's goal is to be of service to the community of Racine through the practice of Traditional Medicine, education, and community service.
